The program aims to define the basic concepts of fluorescence and fluorescence x-rays which are widely used in the processes of analyzing and characterizing materials for cement products, metals, steel, nanomaterials, plastics, polymers, petrochemicals, industrial metals, glass, catalysts, semiconductors, thin films, advanced materials, solids in pharmaceuticals, recycled materials, environmental samples and soil.
